This discipline carried into a distinguished 20-year career in law enforcement. During his service, Nate was recognized with the Distinguished Service Medal and two Life Saving Awards, reflecting a career-long dedication to excellence and the protection of the community. As a Master Patrolman with the Carmel Police Department, he also spearheaded innovative data systems development, designing custom analytical tools to optimize traffic data and officer activity logs.
